Being Pursued for old mortgage debt

Are trying to chase me for an old mortgage debt
I'm sure it's not legal
And from research I have done they have a reputation for chasing statued barred debts
Does anyone know of a similar situation?

Why don't you think it's legal? If you think it's statute barred, can you give the relevant dates? Also have you told TBI you think it is statute barred and what was their reply?

You are more likely to get some helpful responses if you provide more details about your situation - even if other people go "yeah they are shocking" it doesn't really help you decide what to do...
