  • Suspended attachment of earnings

I have received and returned the papers for an attachment of earnings from respond solicitors but have asked for the order to be suspended. I missed one payment as I asked restons to change my payment date but they did not. I have asked for the order to be suspended as I could lose my job as I deal with large amounts of cash daily. I have now spoken to restons who say in principle they have no objection to this but it is the courts decision. I am wondering how likely this is to be accepted.
