If Carboot's contact by any means ( phone/text/e-mail /post ) becomes aggressive, or harassing in content and or frequency please let me know and it can be sorted quickly.

You have no need to reply to them but keep every letter you get and store e-mails/texts, if they phone refuse to answer security questions and cut them off, unless you have a facility to record calls.

My guess is Cabot will either let this go or attempt to sell the debt on, you have all the info now to be able to tell anyone one who tries again to collect the alleged debt to go forth................!

Nem you super star. That's a load off my mind. I've been thinking it may be that they can add it back on my credit file and go through this again if it goes to another debt collector..I realise thinking back cabot passed this to restons and although discontinued obviously still want to pursue it.
