Hi hope somebody can throw some light
cc lloyds. Went to ccj.
Odraft lloyds default. Both default dates and ccj end October 2016
ccj still shows on credit agency
default for cc and odraft now not showing both were removed this month.
i thought they fell off after six years....?
ccj paid via DDM
can they put them back on my credit file?
odraft challenged recd large refund for mis sold gold account ..but still left bal ostanding on odraft....as they can't go back to time of account opening...have the written them off also not showing in closed accounts..
any ideas. .?
