i have tried to explain to ebay that i was the victim of a scam, however they would continue to forward me to overseas helplines that would continue to tell me that the case has been closed and a final decision has been made. they would say there is nothing they could do and to expect the money to be taken out of my account. It seems Ebays buyer protection is blind to the fact that many of their buyers are are ripping people off, leaving sellers without out of pocket.

however i havnt yet contacted the solicitors, and based on the feedback im getting from you lovely people that seems to be my next step :thumb:
