Checked my credit score earlier and it showed that I had overpaid Newday Ltd £99 in 2015. Ive never heard of them but from the payments listed it can only be for a DFS sofa which was bought, and Im sure the finance was through Santander. On further checking it seems Newday aquired some Santander accounts. I got Newday's contact number and phoned them from my mobile, where I was put on hold for about 6 mins, then my phone credit ran out before anyone else picked up. That call cost just over £4. At this rate I will have nothing left of the £99 to make it worthwhile claiming.

Does Newday Ltd have a free phone number or is normal mail (not email because they dont give you that address) my only option now?

I emailed that address you supplied. They passed it on to another department, I had a phone call, confirmed a few details, and the money will be deposited into my bank account.
