  • Quick question MCOL

Hi. I had an mcol court form come through for a capital one card. Via Cabot. It is my debt so I acknowledged it agreed I owed the money, and offered to pay back at £2 a month, also sent the budget form back, within the 14 days which were up on 26th Feb. Since then I have heard nothing at all. I can't find the password they sent to get back on the moneyclaim online site. So was just wondering if anyone knew how long it will take to go through. It's not showing any ccj on my credit file yet either. Thank you.

Thank you. I've sorted out how to get on it. But there's nothing updated on it :/ the issue date was 12/02/16. As I admitted the debt I sent back the forms by land post by the 26th. I checked on the delivery and it was signed for. But not heard anything and on the online form it still says I can respond to the claim by filling acknowledgement of service etc. At the bottom it says set aside applications -none.
Have they just forgotten about it or can I still get a ccj as surely they have time limits too.
