EON marker on my credit file

helloI have looked and can not find the right place to post this so here goesI have signed up for clearscore and there is one very odd reference that is confusing meThere is a mark for EON for £87 , it doesn't say what it is exactly but the last update was Feb 2014 I pay by fixed monthly DD and at the moment they owe me money so its not as iff I am late although in 2013 I changed banks and did have a problem with the DD for a month or twoHow do I find out what this means?Is this affecting my credit score?Can I get it removedI am still with EON by the way
