    Marstons..notice of enforcement

    I have received a letter today from marstons saying they have a high court writ of control based on a judgement obtained by the legal aid company on 19 November 2014 in Huddersfield court and transferred to the high court for enforcement. Is there anything I can do as I don't want them coming to my house and i don't think they will set up a payment plan that I can afford?

    Unless you can agree a payment plan with them they will come to your door and can take further costly action.
