    Hi

I'm new here and I wonder if you can help?

This morning I recieved a letter from Shoosmiths solicitors looking for me with regards to an account with Arrow Global, they give no other information and I'm a bit confused as to who there original creditors were with this particular account as the address they have referenced was an address I lived at 9 years ago.

There were only 2 accounts that Arrow Global took over and they were Littlewoods and Capital 1. One was settled years ago and capital one I contacted a few years back claiming the PPI back but drew a blank and at that time Arrow Global had passed it on to Fredrickson International.

What should I do about this letter? I have other debts which are now statute barred so I'm not sure who this debt can be.

    Any help will be appreciated

    Many Thanks

    Chrissie

Hi Chrissie1980 & welcome to Legal Beagles

The Cap 1 PPI reclaim - could you explain 'drew a blank'?
