Help with Restons!

Urrgh after 6 years Restons have reared their ugly head! In 2009 they put a C/O on my property from unpaid debts with HFC (marbles credit card)so for 6 yrs we hadn't heard anything from them and they are wanting £6300 are they likely to accept a settlement. Also we've found some old statements from 2009 from the credit card stating we paid Ppi is it worth trying to claim this back as my partner was self employed?
