county court claim from cabot financial

    Hi newbie here. Have read a few threads and hope someone can help.
    my wife has recieved a claim from northampton county court from cabot financial for a debt with capital one which should now be statue barred if im correct. There is nothing on credit report either. The particulars on the claim are very brief.
    Hopefully someone can help thanks.

    who are Cabot using to pursue the Claim? Restons? Or another firm?

        do i have to do anything else on there as it has response forms i.e start defence, start part admission.

          Also on the cpr
          To enable me to file my defence and/or counterclaim, I require inspection of documents you mention in your statement of case ahead of filing my defence on*XX XXXX201X.

          Am i putting in a date where the xx's are

            Been reading other threads and see someone with similar case where it should be statue barred, should i write to mortimer clarke to inform them of this.

              Hi all please I need help here I received a county court form yesterday from Capquest for a phone contract I have with Vodafone since 2009.7 years ago asking me to pay £608 +60 court fee and £70 legal costs total £738.02, first I wanted to respond to the claim with the claim no and the password provided for me there but it's seem not to be correct as I was unable to login .please advise me what to do. Thanks

                Hello, [MENTION=6]Amethyst[/MENTION] might be able to help, I have read on here before that sometimes the password might be correct but may not work at times, so keep trying.
