hello cane Samoan help me please i have dla for live form tribunal first time and esa with 27 point on both 3years a go i have dwp have send letter for pip easement i have several disk damage t3 haemangioma and protrusion l5/s1degenerative c4 5 6 7 and with osteophyte plates levels l2s1 most prominet a l5/s1 spine are normal for ege this is first mri second mri there is loss of verterbral height at c4c5 c6 with degerative intervetebarel c4 c5 c6c7 mri tree show l2l3 and l4-5 copression on at l5-s1 there is linear t1 I am suffering from multiple health condition, which prevents me from living and carrying out my day to day task in normal way.I am suffering from a serious chronic back pain I am also suffering from sever depression . Bladder problemUnable to control my bladder, in most of cases i wet myself before reaching the toilet .Knee Pain The symptoms of my rheumatoid arthritis vary from morning to evening and i have I am suffering from a heart condition, i feel always tired and restless ,Ii wear and i have Industrial injury benefit: 40 percent cane Samoan give me advice please thanks i have my appontement next week wit atos

I would get some proper help in filling in the form, although they tell you there is no need to get a GP's letter it may well be worth while even if it costs a few quid as they only seem to take certified medical opinion as fact.
Mental health problems are very difficult to prove

the CAB can also advise xxDebt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

You must try to attend, no matter how bad you are feeling. When you are asked something, don't be rushed into replying. Often you may be able to do something sometimes but not others, so then it help if you say something like "Most days i can do X, but sometimes, about 2 days a week on average, it's just too painful."
If you had to go to a tribunal for DLA and have already had an ESA assessment, you will be fairly familiar with the sort of process.
If you are rejected for PIP go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau and they will help you appeal. Best of luck!

yes i had to go to tribunal for esa and dla it was 0 score from atos the tribunal reword me 27 point and high mobility rate for live and lower care for live in 2012 i have table tramadol 100mg 3-4 time daily naproxen 500mg twice daily omeprazole 20mg two daily cymbalta 60mg twice daily zalurom xl 200mg one night efflosomy xl 4mgone daily loratadine one daily salamol cfc-free inhaler 3time daily diazepam mg twice daily zopicione 7,5mg one night sildenafil 100mg one ever weak cane Samoan help with this thans for you helpand my GP told me ot give report for hospital to atos the have to write to him that is thes ok thanks
