Thanks for reply as I mentioned above whatever reason they have failed to submit documents on hearing date DJ struck out the claims as I mentioned above in two lines but their solicitor want a relief whic DJ refused and claim struck out.....now received letter from Howard co actually just a information letter saying client instructed us to act on its behalf on all Litigation matters, attached a court order they say but I don't understand that it says reads out like that
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTIC between MKDP and MULTIPLE

In respect of all claims in the schedule with the claimant as mkdp llp, there be substituted as the new claimant Houst portfolio holding ltd on the basis that the benefit of the claims has been assigned by mkdp llp to HPH2.
It doesn't have my name on it either
as regard to this letter which they say is court order, is it court order if it is not court order then what is it?

Every claim what ever the status won/ discontinued/ struck out/stayed assigned by MKDP to hoist has been listed by claim number only no reference to defendant / type of debt/ amount claimed has been put before the court.

This was simply a multiple application for change of ownership.

It does not mean any further action has been taken.
You do not need to respond to Cohens letter.
