  • Mortimer Clarke

    Hi everybody,
I really hope that somebody can help me with this one!

Around 6 months ago Cabot took me to Court for a Vanquis Debt from 7 years ago. As they couldn't provide the original credit agreement enforcement was denied and apparently case closed; or is it?
This morning ive just received a letter from Mortimer Clarke stating that their client, Vanquis, is willing to accept 50% of the total balance owing.
Firstly, if the Court has dismissed this claim, can the Solicitors still try and recover this?
Secondly, should I get in touch with Mortimer and Clarke?

    Thanks in advance
    Paul
