Re: Bryan Carter intention to proceed??

Hi nem, I too have received the same letter. My claim was stayed in Jan and remains that way at present. The old debt they haven't yet proved is mine still has not been proved by them and this has now dropped off my credit report as the 6 years have lapsed. It will be interesting to find out what they are playing at.

So the number grows steadily Franko it is beginning to show a pattern of lash ups by Bryam Carter LLP have come to light now in house " solicitors" are around I don't think from what we have seen so far that they are any better than Carter.
It does also seen that LS is not aware of the status of most of there claims.

Everyone who has a Lowell Claim with Carter involved which has been stayed, or struck out for non compliance with a CCA request / no response to defence or discontinued on the advice of Carter needs to keep all the correspondence their own/Carters/Lowell's and court letter to hand.

Thanks nem, it all seems a tad odd. I guess it will all come out in the wash as they say. They are no longer showing on my credit file at present so I'm happy lol.
