Hi ostell,

No I didn't confirm my address. I took my paperwork but I didn't show it to the security man at all. The information he has is what he took off me yesterday. I paid for the goods because I was really scared that they will put me through to civil recovery or be on their database and I did not want to go through the hassle of the civil recovery letters and the stress. I know I paid for an item that I didn't even buy but that seemed like the only option to me. I am still banned from the store which I don't understand why. Did I do something wrong?

P.s. the security guard said that he had spoken to the manager and that they will not be forwarding any of the details to the civil recovery which is why he made me pay for the item.
