  • ppi claim

Hi i had a claims management company who recovered some ppi from a loan for me. The agreement was a fee of 25% which i duly paid. However they now want me to sign a fresh form of authority for the same lender as the lender has said another account exists although no other information. Am i able to contact the lender myself for this one and recover the compensation myself given there's no form of authority? It my intention to simply tell cmc that i'm not returning the authority and that i dont wish them to represemt me. Just want to check if thats above board? Cheers.

It would depend on the terms of the agreement. Who is the CMC?

          Re: ppi claim

Their terms are a bit ambiguous as to whether the contract applies to more than one complaint but if they say there's a cooling of period them use it and you should be ok.
