    Hi All

I had an IVA back in October 2009, it was terminated in 2011. I never received any paperwork.

The problem is on my credit file with call credit it has been shown as discharged and no longer on my credit report as I thought.

On my experian however, it is shown as active. The date is the same, however they are saying I need to show them proof it was terminated even though the end date is passed.

The company i took the IVA out with is no longer in business and i am struggling to get paperwork.

    Thank you

    Re: IVA

Do you mean the company who drafted the IVA or the creditor? Can you not contact the other to see whether they have anything in file relating to it.

Also worth contacting call credit and confirming when they were notified that the IVA came to an end and that it was the company/creditor that confirmed t had ended.

Then use that as proof that it has ended.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
