Re: Withdrawn my authorisation for company to claim back my ppi
It depends on the terms of the agreement you signed with them.
In any event, it is not up to your bank to authorise your representative, that is for you to do. I don't quite follow what has gone on.

Re: Withdrawn my authorisation for company to claim back my ppi
I'm no longer with the bank in question so they can't verify my signature to authorise we fight any claim to work on my behalf so I withdrew my claim with we fight any claim since withdrawing with we fight any claim the bank has made me an offer and we fight any claim are saying they still want 35% plus vat I just wondered if I had to pay them as they havnt won me the money

When I say I withdre my claim I mean I told them I no longer wanted to pursue my claim for ppi as I was still the one having to provide all the info to bank and was only recieving correspondence from the bank not we fight any claim

The company said if I recieve any money they would want there fees but I don't understand why I would have to as the bank hasn't had anything to do with them other than they asked them to look at my previous small loans
