  • Enforcement Costs

    Hi All,

Was hoping someone would be able to answer what seems a relatively straight-forward question!

Can the cost of applying for and serving (by a CC Bailiff) an order for questioning before a court be added to the oustanding debt?

    Cheers

Yes, though some claimants will absorb the costs.

Cheers nem. Please could you clarify what you mean by "absorb the costs"? I know I will have to pay initially and have no issue with this.

      Cheers

As with any question of costs it is always discretionary, but you would usually be able to claim these costs.
