Hi. I could really do with some advice as I haven't been able to sleep since we received their letter. My son used our address as a care of address to have a payment card sent for a fine he received. He is homeless so need a postal address for it. We said no to start with but his probation officer said nothing would happen as it is a care of address. He didn't pay the fine A letter arrived on Friday with my sons name on it and it said care of address on it. It was from Marston's who said they have a distress warrant?. I spoke to them and they have said I have to prove he doesn't live with us or they will be back. I also spoke to his probation officer who says I have to let them in? Do I? The letter is in sons name and it says care of address. Where do I stand? Do I have to let them in and do I have to prove my son doesn't live with us. His probation officer knows he is homeless. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we have an 11 year old in the house and don't want her to be frightened
