Please can someone help. Time is running out and I'm beginning to panic. Deadline is 11th November. I've had a reply from Bryan Carter regarding Cpr but not Llowell regarding CCA. What paperwork do i need for defense?

When did you send the CCA request? Still no response?
Take a look at some threads with a similar theme and make a draft post it here and someone will go through it with you.

Was there anything other than non compliance with the CCA request that you were using in defence as I can't see anything mentioned in the mass of "emoticons" in the earlier posts.
The lack of the CCA is a bar to enforcement but only until the agreement is provided.

I sent the CCA on 14th Oct. Nothing else was used as a defense.
