    I am sure this has been covered and I know it has been used in defences but.....

    Assuming an account has been closed and terminated with an outstanding balance, what regular documents do the owners need to send you. I remember when I had a debt with CL finance I got a statement every 6 months like clockwork , now I hardly get anything from the likes of Lowlife , Cabot et al.


    Assuming there is something they need to send, what , if any is the penalty and can it be put right ( like a CCA request can)


    Does this change if the account is still with the original owners , for example my two RBS cards used to get monthly statements, now I haven't heard from them in 18 months

    I was really wondering if this can be used as part of a defence
