Hi never posted on here before, my story too long to go into at the moment, but i have read on martin lewis money saving expert, that if you have issues with your lenders, harrasment, interest on interest, overcharges etc etc, there may be high street solicitors that may take up your case for you, does anyone know of any on here or anywhere else, i know obviously there would be charges etc

Are they the original creditors or Debt collection agaencies harrasing you for payment?
You can get most of ur answers here with similar posts & answers. It helped me a lot.

Hi. I read your note, need more history and info. What do you mean by old debt, how old, have u been paying towards it, what are the harassment, ??

Hi I'm new to this so I'm not sure this is the right thread to post on so please forgive me if I'm wrong. Lowell finance have taken over my debts from 2010/2011 but they have changed the default date to when they took the debt over,then changed it again to last year. If what I've read is correct they can't do this but I don't know how to change it as I don't know exact default dates and that's what the credit report company want . Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
