    Marstons help please

    Hi all
    Two balliffs knocked at my house yesterday while I was at work , banged on windows , looked through letter box went through bins , and left a letter , I sold car 8 years ago , DVLA said they never received logbook , and car had no tax on it so was sent £250 fine , after I had sold ,, it's now £1001.53 with balliffs fees , the stated they would call back any time to remove goods from my house ? any advice would be great thanks guys
