How do I get CCJ removed which was incorrectly issued?

Daughter found out she has CCJ for unpaid parking fine issued by civil enforcement Ltd in January 2014. I was with her in her car at time they said car was parked so I know it is impossible for them to have proof so ignored letters as bullying tactics. However never received letter citing court action. Please help- she's devastated & I feel responsible
