    Anyone?
is there any chance you can post up redacted copies of what you've received??

What has happened since you received the AoE form? Did you return it and request a suspended order? Would be good if you could give us a full update.

From posts above, I see Celestine still had your file, have you been in touch with her at all? I was under the impression she was dealing with this as she'd dealt with the original issue back in 2013. :noidea:

Once a judgment is in place, the judgment supersedes any agreement so as it stands right now the CCA you've received isn't relevant to this debt, however, it could be if you were to apply to have the judgment set aside as you'd need a solid defence. I seem to remember your story from 2103 as I posted quite a bit on there but if Cel sorted it all out you may want to give her a bell and see what she suggests before moving forward. :thumb:

          Re: attachment of earnings

          Hi all
I havent heard anything from Kate. The cca looks like a copy of the orignal from 1999
Im perplexed or at least dont understand that how 2 years later after kate winning this case they would still "look" for it now demand all moneys?
The AOE from the court wasnt filled in by the ex as she presumed this case was closed
Please help and thanks for the replies x
