  • pra on the case?

    pra have sent me another letter fishing for details. the letter does not state anything about the debt just that they need me on a matter! how do i deal with these looking at going bankrupt so not quite sure what to do?-mabey santander? which would have been a ccj?

    If a letter doesn't state what it's about, it doesn't merit a reply. :nono: I'd just wait for them to send you something more specific. Fishing letters can be just filed away. :ranger:

    If you go bankrupt all your debts would be included in your bankruptcy. There may be some exceptions depending on the types of debt you have - a few cannot be included such as student loans, maintenance payments and court fines.

    How old is this CCJ? Have you made any payments into it? CCJs are also included in bankruptcy.

    Bankruptcy is a big step and it would be useful if you could tell us a bit more about your debts. :typing: Sometimes people think they're in a lot of debt and need to resort to a drastic solution like that when all they have is a few defaulted credit cards if you see what I mean, there are also situations when it could well be the most suitable solution. :noidea:
