My debt management agency sold my plan to another debt management company. No problem there but now another company (the same staff as my old one)is contacting me saying they can do it cheaper. Are they able to do this, the last thing I want to do is go back effectively to this other company who still has my details (but sold me) and then they get in trouble for doing so. They seem to have lots of companies under one roof with the same director. Can someone please advise.
debt management company sold me now want me back under a different name
