So up to now i have received no response via post but they have emailed me the same email again do i respond or ignore?

If you sent the CCA request by post with the £1 fee then there's no need to worry about their emails. They are about to be in default of your request (it should be replied to within 14 working days) at which point the account would become unenforceable until they do. :thumb:
