Im wanting to get a loan off a credit union they said I can have the loan but ive got a CCJ and they need proof does anyone know how to get evidence of this please? I didn't know I had this therefore I haven't got any letters?

Trust Online will hold the public registry of the CCJ.
What exactly is the CU looking for proof, that the CCJ exists or that its been paid or is being paid?

Trust on line is the official record so that should be ok.
Do you have a copy of the judgement order?

No I didn't know I had the CCJ until the credit union told me

That's something that needs looking into as well!
As said trust online is the official record.
Has the CU given you any more detail?

They just said they need proof in black and white who its from and how much it is
