    That's good if there was an intention to pursue payment I've known Satan's Bank in " similar " circumstances to add a default entry on CRA files prior to any collection attempts.

      Hi,

      Just as an aside really in what format was the account set up, was this for your personal use e.g. wages,/expenses in your name as a signatory only or as an account holder on behalf of the company?

          As they are a creditor of a company that has gone into liquidation, I would just refer them to the liquidators. :thumb:

            Might be worth seeing if you can contact the administrators of the defunct company.
