To be honest, keep all correspondence in writing and we need to know whether you were a student BEFORE they upgraded you or not because you can certainly argue a failure to provide an account that was adequate for your needs.

I have saved all conversations . I was a student before it was upgraded in 2012. So student account would be better bsck then .

I have saved all conversations . I was a student before it was upgraded in 2012. So student account would be better bsck then . They are sending me a letter telling me when my silver account started as they noticed charges before the open date. So hopefully refunding that back
