Plese can someone give me some advice? I checked my credit file 5 months after Bankruptcy Discharge as I had to have a credit search for new employer.
On the file were 3 defaults still showing as outstanding and a CCJ in respect of a Credit Card with Activ Kapital. I could not understand why CCJ still shows as active when the debt has been cleared. I spoke with The Officail Receivers Office, 2 government departments and also Activ Kapital themselves, who have now updated my credit file to show that the debt which relates to the CCJ is now satisfied. The CCJ with Northampton County Court is still showing as outstanding. I had another default from Next who have now u8pdated my account but will still show the default as live but have acknoweledged my discharged bankruptcy.. Link on behalf of RBS have removed theirs. Everyone has done something different. Can I approach Northampton County Court regarding a CCJ from September 2013. I am confused, have been through a really bad bankruptcy - I took out loans to fight our business partner ansd won but lost the company and my livelihood. Just got job and have to clean up my credit file as employer will check it again in 3 months and I could lose my job if it has nt improved.
