Not sure what happens next but could you please tell us who your mortgage was with and why it was mis sold?

My mortgage is with Webb Resolutions at the moment, who are now administrated by Engage Credit, but the people who the Ombudsman told me to claim against are a company call HL Partnership who where in charge of the broker I used, he has since gone into administration. They have come up with quite a few reasons why it was mis sold, unaffordability and they didn't work out a plan for me because they had changed me from a repayment mortgage to an interest only and also they had given me more mortgage than I needed or asked for. Also they added my Aunt onto the mortgage who was 72yrs old at the time and they have given her a mortgage till she will be 96yrs old when it finishes.
