    Hi welcome to LB.

    Clarify please:

You were a creditor of the company that has been liquidated?
Were you informed of the liquidation? The administrators should have pursued
all debtors and attempted to collect the debt.
Is this a personal debt or a business debt?

Is this CCJ showing in the " public information " section of your credit report?

      Hi thanks for the reply.

Initially started with a franchise from firstline digital, didnt work out so i left, i was then sent a letter demanding money for damaged tools, i queried this and got no reply. I then moved house and when doing credit checks realised i had a ccj from firstline digital and honestly that was the first i knew of it. That was given in december 2009, im becoming a father in the next month and want to sort my finances out. Was looking firstline up and apparently they have been liquidated. But other than the ccj on my file i have never been contacted by anyone regarding it.

Option apply for the CCJ to be set aside.
Are the liquidators named on the records?
The CCJ is live and enforceable and the liquidators
        could still enforce the judgement.
The judgement will be removed from CRA and public
        records December this year.
