Barclays Commercial card depts

Hi,
I really don't whether this is a right place to ask question but correct me if i am wrong.

I held a business account with Barclay's. I was offered a Barclay s Commercial credit card after a year. I used it till 3 years and never defaulted any payments. About 6 months ago i got financial difficulty and i stopped paying them. Now i have close my Limited company too with companies house. I didn't hear from Barclay's at all in this last 6 months at all. I recently contacted Barclay's to check on my account and i heard that my account is closed and it passed over to some solicitor. I cant pay that amount now as I am in financial difficulty. I am bit worried what will happen next? I am not in position to pay back.

Hi Welcome to LB,

Which solicitor has been instructed?
I would expect the solicitors to be in contact fairly soon, seeking proposals for payment.
Was the account in the name of the Ltd., and did the card have just the company name on it?
Were any " personal" guarantees made in regard to the debt?
Were creditors informed that the company was to be liquidated?
