  • Lowell pursuing Tesco Mobile Debt

    Hi All,

    Looking for some advice please.

Back in 2010 my mother took out a mobile phone contract for me with Tesco. As far as i am aware i terminated the contract early and was paid in full. She has recently recieved a letter asking for over £700.

This £700+ is "made up" of Air Time debt, early termination fee and the value of the phone. I took the contract out on 30th October 2010 and thought id paid it off although early on 16th Feb 2012.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of getting a break down of money paid as if I do owe anything i will pay but i fail to believe that i owe £700+ and as it is my mothers name i would like to resolve this for her asap.

    Regards,

    Nath

Find the contract that was signed to start with.
Also any mail relating to it.
