Hello All.
Im hoping someone can help me, I took my employer to an employment Tribunal and lost, they have now told me I have to pasy costs, it amounts to around nearly £30,000. My barrister is not communicating with me and I cant afford this. He assured me that I wouldnt have to pay and now they are throwing costs at me, I roughly earn around £16000 a year. What can I do. My partner is not working at the moment, i live with my parents, i am basically the bread winner in the house, can my employer sack me if I dont pay? dont know what to do. I can understand why people end their lives... I feel helpless
