What is the date of bankruptcy, and what is the date of your final charging order? I know you mentioned Jan & Feb, but the dates are what are important - can you be specific? I only mention it because a charging order survives bankruptcy.

An interim charging order was made on 10 th December 2014 & the final charging order was 3rd February 2015. The bankruptcy case was made 14 th January 2015.

Hmm...I would say that it's still arguably secure then. Still follow the process and file your proof of debt, but enclose a copy of the Order for the official receiver's file.

The creditors meeting was held in my abscence as i was to ill to attend but they told me i did not have to if i could not make it.I hope i have not missed the boat as they say.The letter from the creditors meeting arrived last week& just says no crediors comimitee was formed& no resolutions concerning the basis of the Trustees remuneration were made.What is my next step please if there is any to do.Thanks

Thanks for allyour help& will find out in Feb 2016 so will let you know the outcome but not holding my breath.Thanks one again for all your help on this matter,this site has really helped me,i know where to look in future if i have any more issues but hopefully not.Thank you all.
