    I have paid marstons £100 and offered £50 a month for a £390 fine they rejected this and said they would send a bailiff around, this happened today while I was out and he left a removal notice with my partner and said he would be back tonight. I have tried ringing him no answer so left a message on his phone the fine has now been increased to £490 as well is this legal and what can I do please help

    what is the fine for?
    Have they been into your house?

    You need to ask the bailiffs (in writing) for a breakdown of their fees. And contact the original creditor to try and arrange an affordable payment plan
    Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

    It doesn't matter where your journey begins, so long as you begin it...
