I received a reply yesterday with what looks like a legible CCA document - I'll give it a closer look over the weekend so see if there any flaws, but I suspect I might have lost this one unfortunately.

I received a reply yesterday with what looks like a legible CCA document - I'll give it a closer look over the weekend so see if there any flaws, but I suspect I might have lost this one unfortunately.

On closer inspection, while it looks like the documentation provided is legible, it also appears that they have sent three separate documents to me.
1. The first looks like the original application going back to 1997 - there are T&C's numbered 1-12 on this
2. The second is a separate T&C's document, which is numbered 1-19.9
I have asked an obvious question - where does the second document come from, and does it actually apply to my old account?
3. The third document looks to be a more recent CCA document - again, I have asked when this applies from (I entered into a formal agreement with MBNA from September 2012, so I assume the T&C's in this document do not apply after then).
This all went back to PRA Group at the end of September, so I'll see what they come back with.

What you have received is a " reconstituted " copy of the agreement so some questions :-
1. Does any document supplied have your name and address exactly as it was when the account was opened? What is the date on it?
2. Is your signature on the " application " form?
3. The 3rd Document was it another application form? What is the date on it
4. Are there any dates on the T's & C's?
5. Was this straight forward MBNA account at all times or was it a " branded" card?

It would help if you could post copies of the two forms here please.

The original application does include my correct name and address (typed) - it is dated 03.05.97 - it does include my signature.
The third and newer document is undated - it was not another application, but possibly an updated version of the T&C's?
The reconstituted T&C document has 04/97 on the bottom of each page, which might suggest a date
This was a branded football MBNA card.
I will post copies of the documents as soon as I can.
