Credit reference sites

Hi can anyone help I was looking on the credit experian site and a loan I had which am paying through a credit company back is not shown does this mean it's been sold on

If an account is assigned, or 'sold on', then the new owner becomes the data controller who is responsible for registering the credit data. It doesn't mean that the account falls off the credit file.

Having said that, not all accounts are registered with credit reference agencies and not all are registered with all 3 CRAs.

am waiting on ppi refund and have a debt which is with debt company was wondering if by it not appearing does that mean it has been sold on
