Banks And Human Rights

Morning All

I just wondered if there had been any court cases against a financial instituation or bank where the claimant and claimed their Human Rights had been breached by the bank? Or does anyone have any idea where I could search for these cases?

I searched all morning and these seem to be the correct offical rights?

I dont know a great deal about The Human Rights Act so if I am wrongcould someone point me in the right direction?
