Quick question regarding a Sar

If I have requested a sar from a well known bank, should it contain any credit agreements I have with them. I did ask in sar letter for agreements. Or do you have to do a separate cca request for them?

In theory it should contain the agreements, however, they may argue that terms do not constitute personal data. When you send a CCA request they are supposed to send both the terms at inception and varied T&Cs.

The SAR and CCA requests are sent for different purposes. If you want to look whether they hold an enforceable agreement, then you should send a CCA request. A SAR is a request under the Data Protection Act for all personal details held about you, not under the Consumer Credit Act, so you can't really use the SAR response to assess enforceability or dispute the account, if that's what you have in mind. A SAR is sent when you want historical data such as statements, for example, to reclaim PPI.
