can anybody help please im in dispute with welcome finance which is being dealt with by the fsca but on the land registry the old loan which was paid off in 2007 is still on but the new one which was taken out I 2009 is not after talking to a person at welcome he has told me that the old one should have been removed when the new one was taken out and replaced with the new one as they are different account numbers so technically the new loan is not a secured loan I have two questions 1 how do I get them to remove the first one and 2nd is the information he gave me correct and it is not secured yours rollo
