    TBI DEBT

    A family member, was left a debt by her son, the debt has been paid regularly,now aprox 20 years, I have approched the debt buyer on occasion tryin to obtain a settlement, to receive the reply,you will pay every penny owing and a settlement for a final payment, I undersand the origonal dbt was with LV who,will not respond. obvously the ammount owingis less than 50% owing.The Lady in question is now in a care home with Demintia.

    You could send a letter, requesting they 'Write off' the debt. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

    Make sure they are made aware of the personal circumstances i.e. 'The Lady in question is now in a care home with Demintia.'
