Any advice on storage debt please. My belongings will not be released unless I pay the debt I can’t afford. House hold belongings. The contract states that you can’t access the belonging not even to sell. There’s a back story here of an injustice.

How much are the storage fees that you owe?
Are you planning to sell some or all of them? Could you borrow from family/friends to get them released then sell to repay the lender? But be realistic about how much money you could get by selling. Most 'household items' sell for very little. All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

The right of the owner of the storage facility to exercise a lien in respect of unpaid fees is well established.
That is why I asked in the OP's original thread (this is the duplicate) about the alleged history of injustice, to see if anything in the back story might change that view.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic.
