  • ACI Debt, advice needed plz

Dear All, Am hoping for some advice on how to deal with ACI. They wrote to me a few weeks ago stating i owed money to Intrum Uk Finance. I may well owe it .. but it would be about 15 years ago and tbh i cannot recall. I ignored the letter and then again a week later another letter to say they would send a company called verify to call at my house. Last night a guy turned up to hand deliver a letter. What would be the best way to dea with matter … im not saying i dont owe the money. But i certainly dont recognise it. any help would be greatfully recieved. thank you

This debt could be time barred under the Limitation Act (6 yrs since last payment/acknowledgment)

You can send a Statute Barred template letter - https://legalbeagles.org/statute-bar...on-act-letter/

Start with that and see what comes back... if anything.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
